Cyndi was an honors graduate of the Southern Methodist University School of Law. Guiding clients through the probate process (with or without a will) has long been a focus of Cyndi’s practice.  Her long history of representing clients in a variety of corporate, limited liability company, limited partnership and business law matters makes her an especially good choice for probate matters involving small businesses.  Cyndi is dedicated to providing an efficient administration of each probate estate in accordance with the Texas Estates Code.  She believes that getting her clients through the probate process without unnecessary delay is a priority for each estate.  Cyndi also provides representation in matters in which a person is no longer able to care for his or her finances, including situations where others hope to financially profit from a person’s diminished mental capacity.
