Marisol began her career representing commercial lenders at large law firms, including Winstead, PC. After leaving the commercial field, Marisol worked as the Probate Auditor/Attorney in the statutory Probate Court in Denton County, Texas, and as a trust administration officer at a large financial institution.
Marisol joined the firm in December 2015. Marisol’s practice is dedicated to matters involving probate proceedings, estate administration, guardianship, estate planning, trusts, and other closed related areas of the law, including fiduciary related matters.
Marisol considers it a privilege to have a law degree, and a privilege to help others. She has seen family tensions arise in the context of inheritance in her own family. She has experienced the challenge of making financial decisions in the midst of grieving.
When she is not practicing law, Marisol enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, perfecting her proficiency in Spanish, and trying to live a healthy and active life style.
